Description

JUTETM JTF-305 is a white, micron-sized PTFE powder specialized for use as an additive to impart typical fluoropolymer attributes, such as non-stick, lubricity, and low friction in the final product. JTF-305 is well suited for added in lubricants and it can act as a thickener or enhance performance under severe conditions.

Applications

Used as additives in lubrication and grease.

The high surface area and small particle size make JTF-305 an excellent thickener for grease. The absence of acid groups helps maintain a constant viscosity of the grease.Typical loadings of 0.3-1.0% by weight are used in grease.

Packaging and Storage

● JTF-305 is packaged in a 20kg-drum with two layers of anti-static bags. Fifteen 20-kg drums are packaged on one pallet for ease of shipping, handling, and storage.

● Stored in clean, dry place to avoid possible contamination by dusts, moisture, etc.;

● Using temperature shall not be over 400℃.
